Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

My family loves breakfast. We can eat it any time of day and often do. I found this here and had to try it. It’s a new favorite and will be going in the rotation for sure! I did however, leave the biscuits whole, instead of cutting them like the original recipe says to do.

10 oz tube of biscuits dough (I used Pillsbury, I think)

6 eggs

1 package powdered gravy 

1 lb of sausage (I used Jimmy Deans breakfast sausage)

1 c of cheese, shredded

1/2 c milk

salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. In the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan  place biscuits. 

Brown and drain the sausage. Spoon over the biscuits,and top with cheese.

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper and then pour over the biscuits and sausage.

Prepare gravy as the package says and then spoon over pan. 

Bake for 30-40 minutes. Cut and serve immediately.
